just before i start, i would like to make note that i will no longer be documenting every detail of every time i do something. so my posts will probably be mostly about purchases and super shocking stuff.
please excuse me if this post is nearly gibberish. i kind of chose not to go to sleep last night.
but yesterday was super awesome cool. do yourself a favour, don't watch journey to the centre of the earth 3D. don't watch it full stop. it's a crappy movie, me and el watched it just cause it was in 3D and there was a stick. long story.
then we went off to shoppingtown which was fun. do yourself a favour, go see bride wars. good movie (Y) anyway that was all fun and games but the real fun started at about 8:15 when we went to david jones. spent ages doing nothing, then decode - paramore came on. naturally, we took a video and danced.
SKIP TO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ ABOUT THE FIRST PART OF MY DAY: BECAUSE THIS PART IS THE INTERESTING PART. but if you're reading my blog, i probably already told you this. so me and elly watched the video on my camera and this random fat ugly drag queen looking lady comes up to us this is how the conversation went: fatlady: are you girls taking photos in the shop? us: noo fatlady: do you want me to confiscate your camera to the authorities? us: -- fatlady: i think you should get your bags and leave. us: *ignores her* guada: ooh how much is this? fatlady: JUST GO. us: *walk out of the store* fatlady: *follows us out and warns staff about us*
she had no right to do that. she didn't even work there. wtf?!
anyway, then we went back in. well at first i was hesitant, but then i bought this t-shirt for $25. used to be $70.
i haven't blogged in a while, cause nothing interesting has happened, really.
the other day, me, caitlin and robert went to shoppo. met up with elly and bella, shopped. then yesterday, chloe came over and we walked pierre, then we filmed some shit, then we walked back to her house and ate food and filmed some more shit.
so then me, elly and chlo went to shoppo today. again. spent aages in the apple store. bought a new bag from dangerfield and a new bikini and lots of food. then we saw twilight cause chloe hadn't seen it yet. then after that everything was kind of a mess.. but it was an epically fun day.
i also bought a new calendar and a new diary. a diary i can scribble all over without getting in trouble ^___^

DAY 1;; DECEMBER 29th so i've pretty much already told you about day 1, so i'm just going to skip the description part of it. but here is a photo from the shopping centre. i look odd. they are my sydneyian cousins.
DAY 2;; DECEMBER 30th didn't do much. walked around the city, being tourist-like. even though i've been to sydney about 20 times before. we walked around museums, which was actually pretty interesting. it was fun :) except there was this guy called charles billich who seemed to enjoy painting naked people. that's not fun. that was a very hot day. we got ice cream. mine was a mint choc chip, like always. but i hate waffle cones. so then we walked to the car and i was having a heart attack because simple plan sat on the ledge that we were walking past. so i got a picture near it, but not at the actual spot they sat at. that was basically the end of that day.
DAY 3;; DECEMBER 31st the day of new years eve. we decided we were going to go to bradleys head to watch the fireworks. there was no parking, so we parked like 3 blocks away and walked the whole way. and it was like 30 degrees celcius. and we looked EVERYWHERE for a spot, and it was only about 2pm. the fireworks were at 9pm and 12am. so obviously, we needed to reserve a spot. we ended up settling on the rocks at a small beach near the harbour. it was absolutely gorgeous there, it had an amazing view of the bridge. i spent most of the time we waited taking photos, reading and calling people to wish them a happy new year. so after ages, the fireworks came and they were gorgeous. then we ate dinner to wait for the midnight ones. i decided i would text some people, but only one person replied :( and then the midnight fireworks came and they were amazing, then we walked to the car which took like an hour. we got home at around 3 and by then i was SO tired. here's my favourite picture from that day (yes, i DID take it, thank you very much): a video of me waiting in the daytime, and the fireworks at 9pm and 12am (the audio is really choppy):
DAY 4;; JANUARY 1st we went down to palm beach in NSW. it was beautiful there. we decided to go swimming at first. so we went swimming. that was fun. then we ate food and lay in the sun for a bit. i got a nice tan. and now if i put on fake tan, my skin colour doesn't change :D then we built some sand-castle-resembling-happy-2009. and that was it, really. we just spent a nice day at the beach.
DAY 5;; JANUARY 2nd went to castle towers and shopped our butts off. i bought a headband/bracelet/necklace from sportsgirl. i also bought a red singlet and a colour by numbers shirt from jay jays. we went grocery shopping. we had cheesecake for dessert. i love cheesecake. that was all for that day. i have no photos, unless anyone (of my non-existent blog readers) wants me to take and post photos of my shirts.
DAY 6;; JANUARY 3rd we went to the blue mountains. they have this place called leura, which reminds me heaps of sassafras, if anyone in melbourne has been. it's a cute little town with cute little old style shops. i want to live somewhere like that some day. they have this awesome candy store. i ate the candy i bought, obviously. mountains always seem to have large candy stores. then we had hot chocolate. then we went to the mountains. we went for a bit of a bushwalk, a vast majority of it being stairs. of course, the way down was fine. we stopped at the falls and took pictures. then it was up the stairs, and i discovered that i am much fitter than i thought. i ran up 90% of those stairs, it took only about 3 minutes to get my heart rate back to normal when i was done. then we ate at a restaurant that had extremely good ravioli and creme brulee. yum. then we all went home and watched enchanted. and then went to bed. tbh, that day was the most boring. apart from the ravioli and creme brulee.
DAY 7;; JANUARY 4th we packed in the morning. we left the house, and we weren't going back there until next time. we all went for a drive, through bicentennial park, then to the shops :) decided to go to parramatta westfield. i bought AP. i seem to mention that magazine a lot in these blogs. that's cause i love it. went to myer, decided everything was way too expensive in the basement. walked over to valleygirl. bought a $30 bag, $20 skirt, $10 top. $60 all up. i decided that that was enough money spending for the day. had vietnamese for dinner. then we left and waited for the bus. and that was the end of that day, because now i'm at home. but check my hardcore new skirt & bag :) (that top is old, it's not the new one i bought for $10) since when can i dress?
that's all. i guess i'll blog about some stuff when i'm actually doing something. robert is supposedly planning something for this week, so if we do decide to go somewhere, i'll blog then.
